Kristen Fechtel brings a wealth of knowledge on strategy and finance
Kristen’s responsibilities will include assisting with fundraising, customer success, strategy, and operations.
She felt led to work for Krew as she faced the challenges of forming deep community in a new city after moving from Dallas to Midland, Texas.
“Searching for a church family in a new community can feel very uncomfortable at the outset, and I can definitely see the need for Krew,” she stated.
Kristen was a Manager with Bain & Company for over three years after graduating from Kellogg School of Management with an MBA in 2021. Previously, she was Assistant Vice President at Bank of America.
Kristen’s knowledge, skills, and passion will help Krew Social scale nationwide and help millions of people overcome loneliness and polarization.
